No this is only optional you just need to complete your checkout, from within your cart.

Can I order over the phone?
No sorry we don't offer orders over the phone
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes but you'll need to act quick and you will only have 30 minutes to cancel any order.
How long is the delivery?
Standard delivery - Within 3-5 working days
£2.90 or FREE over £30
Express delivery - Express delivery is a next day service, available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). £5.95
Overseas delivery - Europe 5 to 10 working days £8.00
Overseas delivery - Rest of the world 7 to 14 working days £15.00

Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days to file a refund as long as you have recieved a defective product from us. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Where do I send my returns?
We will email you a return label, you will need to return the item within 3 working days, returns are free.
